COMMUNITY COVENANTS
We realize, when it comes to your clients, covenants and restrictions can sometimes be an important factor in the decision making process. This is why we have provided the covenants for all the communities in which we have built in recently or are currently building in. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Our purchase agreement is an agreement between the buyer(s) and seller regarding home price, financing terms, rights and obligations, warranty, closing information, and more. Buyer must agree to terms and the seller must accept their offer, in order to move forward with a Keystone Homes purchase. Click on the button below to view a sample of our purchase agreement.
BUYER AGENT COMMISSIONS
As of August 2024, sellers will no longer be responsible for paying both the listing agent and the buyer's agent. This means many buyers who want representation will have to pay their own agents. Rest assured, despite this NAR change, we intend to continue paying both listing agents and buyers agents to ensure that they are fairly compensated and that this additional stress and expense is not placed on our buyers.
