Our purchase agreement is an agreement between the buyer(s) and seller regarding home price, financing terms, rights and obligations, warranty, closing information, and more. As of August 2024, sellers will no longer be responsible for paying both the listing agent and the buyer's agent. This means many buyers who want representation will have to pay their own agents. Rest assured, despite this NAR change, we intend to continue paying both listing agents and buyers agents to ensure that they are fairly compensated and that this additional stress and expense is not placed on our buyers.
