Lauren Whitehead

A lifelong resident of the area, Lauren Whitehead, definitely considers herself an expert on the local market. Beginning her real estate career in 2012, she opted to work with a top producing agent. This allowed her to learn valuable information that would not only benefit herself, but her clients and customers.

In late 2013 she transitioned to working as a solo agent and quickly became a successful top producer herself. Lauren attributes this to her customer service, work ethic, unmatched devotion to her clients and customers, and her honesty.

Lauren and her husband, Danny, have three children and five grandchildren. Their youngest child will be attending Truett-McConnell in the Fall where he will be playing collegiate golf. When not working Lauren can typically be found either on the golf course cheering on Owen, or the football field supporting whatever youth football team her husband is currently coaching.

Jennifer Creasy

Jen Creasy represents enthusiasm, integrity, hard work and offers a superior level of customer service. She started her career in Real Estate in 2015 and quickly became a top producer. Jen is passionate about the goals and needs of her clients and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She relocated to the Greater Augusta Area in 2006 and understands what it is like to make an unfamiliar place your home.  She has been married for almost ten years and she and her husband have three children ranging in ages from nine to one. When she is not serving her clients, you will find her spending quality time with her family and actively volunteering in her children's extra curricular activities. 

Tony Wright

Joe brings a great deal of experience to every client from running his multi-faceted family business over the last 25 years. Rebecca Harrison

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and 18 years experience as an interior decorative painter, Rebecca is an expert in her field. She received the Berkshire Hathaway "rising star" award for 2019 and has lived all over the U.S., Turks and Caicos and England. Rebecca has three beautiful kiddos, three dogs and two  kitties! In her free time, Rebecca loves fostering bottle babies for the humane society, traveling and camping. Her favorite part about her job is helping people achieve their dreams of new home ownership with high quality construction and a great price.

Sharon Mulkey

RE/MAX Action Realty, Greenwood SC

For the last 15 years, Sharon has built a steady career in Real Estate in the Greenwood marketplace.  She has demonstrated expertise in New Construction, Buyer Representation, Property Marketing and Contract Negotiations.  Since 2016, when she had $6 million in volume, her business has grown steadily to $12.4 million in 2020 (leading all individual Agents in the MLS).  Her business growth has continued while she continues to maintain 5 Star reviews from her clients and other Agents.  Prior to Real Estate, Sharon was an experienced sales professional, having an extensive career in various industries working with services and products that targeted a broad cross-section of clientele. Through the years, she has been recognized for her success with frontline managers and C-level executives alike. Karan djordjevic

Karan has her degree from East Texas State University and a post-graduate degree from Southwest Texas University. She enjoyed a successful career in medicine where she worked as a travel nurse, a trauma/flight nurse and an Administrator prior to owning Healthcare companies in Houston.

Karan spent time as a motivational speaker for Susan G. Komen and spoke to large corporations on Networking/Cultures/Business and Achieving Lifetime Goals. She also led a FEMA Team of 50 Nurses and Doctors deployed to major disasters throughout the US. Her experiences through the years have helped her to develop strong leadership and communication skills.

In 2017, Karan retired from medicine to pursue a full-time career in Real Estate. She was a member of the 2018 and 2019 Statesboro Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society. In 2019, she was awarded with Berkshire Hathaway’s Top 7% Sales Agents in the Nation. We're also proud to recognize that in 2023, Karan finished out the year with one of the most prestigious awards in Statesboro, Georgia-Bulloch County- #1 Leading Female Agent in Statesboro in Sales Volume!

Karan is knowledgeable in all things real estate and enjoys helping clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. She is attentive, detail-oriented and genuinely cares about her clients. Karan specializes in New Home Construction and First Time Home Buyers and loves helping people to make their dreams come true.

Leanna Watts

A transplant from the Charlotte, NC, area, Leanna began her career working in property management. After 4.5 years, she attained her real estate license and joined the Keystone team as our Neighborhood Specialist in Savannah, GA. Leanna has a passion for helping homebuyers throughout the entire process and finds true joy in her job. When she’s not working, Leanna and her boyfriend Pat love spending time with their goldendoodle Charlie, and kitten, Oliver and watching football games.

Lamar Crowell

Lamar learned the homebuilding business from the ground up.  He dug foundations, picked up trash, paid bills, bought goods, and managed warranty repairs as a part of his education.  You name it – he’s done it. Before starting Keystone, he spent four years as a project manager under prominent local builder Jake Ivey, who was also with the Crowell group of companies.  Lamar also learned tremendously from his father, Otis Crowell, who founded Crowell & Co., Inc. in 1968. Lamar used his work experience and his natural leadership ability to make Keystone one of the top residential building companies in Georgia and South Carolina. Lamar won the Builders Association of Metro Augusta Sales and Marketing Council’s Builder of the Year 4 times. Lamar began participating in the Builder 20 program of the National Association of Homebuilders in 2000.

As a member of Builder 20, Lamar shares and receives ideas with and from other builders throughout the US and Canada about improving homebuilding techniques and business practices.  Lamar serves as a founding member on the first local Vistage group. Vistage is a business and personal improvement organization for executives. Lamar’s passion for improvement and the knowledge he gains from Builder 20 and Vistage enable him to continuously improve Keystone. Lamar is licensed as a General and Residential Contractor in Georgia and South Carolina. Lamar currently serves on the board of Augusta Country Club.  He has also served as a director for Savannah River Bank and the Builders Association of Metro Augusta.

Mark Gilliam

Mark began working with Keystone at when it was founded in 1995. Mark oversees all company operations and manages the development of new neighborhoods. Mark is licensed as a General and Residential Contractor in Georgia and South Carolina. He also has a Real Estate Broker’s licenses in Georgia and South Carolina. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He graduated from Augusta University with both a BBA and MBA. He earned Residential Construction Superintendent, Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Sales Professional, and Graduate Master Builder designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. Mark currently serves on the boards of the Coalition for Quality Government and the Builders Association of Metro Augusta. He enjoys working with Keystone’s excellent staff and trade partners in order to serve Keystone’s home-buyers. In his free time, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, watching football, and jet skiing with his wife, Laura.

Darren Gresham

Darren oversees all of Keystone’s home production operations. He oversees all of Keystone's home builders in 18 communities throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Darren earned both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Augusta University. Darren earned Residential Construction Superintendent, Certified Graduate Builder, and Graduate Master Builder designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. He was President of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta in 2010. Darren is passionate about working with Keystone’s trade partners and fellow employees. He enjoys building dream homes for Keystone’s customers. Darren enjoys writing, Star Wars, the Atlanta Falcons and trips to Disney World.

Myron Fowler

Savannah, GA

Myron has supervised the construction of more than 500 homes. He is a qualifying party on Keystone Home's South Carolina General Contractor’s license. Myron holds both a Bachelor and Master degrees from Clemson University. He earned Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder Designations from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Lee Banks

Lee is a jack of all trades. Over the course of his career with Keystone, Lee has been a builder, marketing manager, development manager, purchasing manager, technology manager, rental manager, property management manager, and Vice President of Purchasing. Lee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He has a real estate salesperson license in Georgia and South Carolina. He is a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. He earned Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. Lee loves that Keystone operates as a family-run company that works hard and has fun. Lee and his wife Rhonda enjoy parenting their twins Jackson and Riley. Lee loves playing golf and grilling on his Big Green Egg.

Laura Gilliam

With an MBA from Augusta State University, Laura is Keystone’s VP of Accounting. At Keystone, she oversees financial reporting and signs sales agreements for customers. Laura likes knowing there’s a Keystone home in the backdrop of people’s lives: the kitchen with the table around which the family eats dinner, the great room with the couch for an at-home movie night, and the bedroom where parents tuck their kids in at night. A long-time member of the Keystone family, Laura loves working with her Keystone team.

Kristen Levinsohn

Kristen has a Bachelor in Arts from Park University and more than 16 years of professional accounting experience. Kristen loves Keystone’s family atmosphere and enjoys spending each day with her co-workers. For Kristen, any time away from work is usually spent at the beach with her family.

Chris Ready

Aiken Area

Chris has supervised the construction of more than 850 homes since he began work at Keystone. That averages a staggering 56 homes per year for 15 years. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University. He is a qualifying party on Keystone’s South Carolina General Contractor’s license. He earned Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder Designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. He is a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.

Steve Foss

With more than 14 years of Keystone experience, our Build On Your Land Division President has managed the construction of over 400 homes. Steve holds designations from the National Association of Home Builders, including Certified Graduate Builder and Residential Construction Superintendent. He is a lifelong resident of the CSRA with a Residential Contractors license in both Georgia and South Carolina, and is also a qualifying party on Keystone's General Contractor license.

Danny Geddes

Danny has supervised the construction of more than 500 homes. Danny received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration from Augusta University. He is a registered South Carolina General Contractor. Danny earned a Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder designation from the National Association of Homebuilders. Danny serves on the City of North Augusta Building Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals. He is the treasurer of Leadership North Augusta Board of Directors.

Robyn Nelson

Robyn Nelson is our Design Studio Manager and Consultant and has six years of experience in the Keystone Design Studio.  She graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in Interior Design and enjoys helping our home buyers personalize their new home with color selections and options. She has overseen the color selection process for over 1,000 homes and helps furnish and design Keystone model homes. Robyn takes pride in helping our home buyers enjoy the home buying experience by bringing their dream home to life.

Elise Crispin

With a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations, Elise has been with Keystone as the company’s Marketing Manager since 2015. Elise brings leadership, public relations knowledge, and more than 10 years of customer service experience to the Keystone team. At work, Elise enjoys the company’s close-knit culture, family-run business, and friendly and experienced team. Elise is married with kids, a lover of all things chocolate, and a travel and outdoor enthusiast.

Jeff Levinsohn

Augusta/Harlem Area

Jeff, who was born and raised in Augusta, graduated from Augusta College with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He began his career working in the lawn care industry and did so for more than 20 years before transitioning to construction with Keystone in March of 2018. Jeff became a home builder to help provide quality built homes for the people who work very hard to obtain them!

Katelyn Levy

Katelyn is Keystone’s Sales Administrator. She has five years of experience in construction specific to the tile-industry, and trained at the Pacific Institute, Schluter, Wedi, and Laticrete. Her experience in the tile-industry and on two construction mission trips to Mexico and Belize help Katelyn perform with excellence at Keystone. Katelyn brings enthusiasm, approachability, and home sales to the Keystone table. She enjoys time together with her son, loves the mountains and supports Augusta’s local American Cancer Society.

Andy Caudell

Greenwood, SC

Andy comes to Keystone Homes with a wealth of experience, having worked in a packaging warehouse as well as a metal fabrication company. It was there that he decided to pursue his interest in the construction industry. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Andy is a Certified Residential Construction Manager through the Homebuilder's Association. He loves working with his Keystone team and enjoys helping buyers throughout the construction process and answering any questions they might have. When he’s not on the clock, he enjoys being in the great outdoors and exercising.

Sandy Barsiq

Sandy is Keystone Homes' Online Sales Counselor, a resource to provide information, answer questions, and help connect customers with our neighborhood specialists. Sandy has a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry. Her favorite thing about Keystone is the friendly atmosphere and the team support within the company. In her spare time, Sandy loves spending time with her son, traveling, photography, and Martial Arts. Fun fact, Sandy is a third-degree black belt.

Lee Schneider

Lee joins the Keystone team as our VP of Finance after working as an accountant for 17 years. Nine of those years were spent specifically in the construction industry. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Clemson University and is a Certified Management Accountant, as well as a Certified Construction Industry Professional. At Keystone Homes, Lee will oversee the accounting department with a personal focus on managing the company’s assets and financial procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. When he’s not crunching the numbers, Lee loves to travel and spend time outdoors hiking, camping, kayaking, or just relaxing on the beach with his family.

Travis Crowell

Amber Capell

With eight years of high-level administrative experience, - three of which were in the construction industry - we are happy to have Amber as part of the Keystone team. Amber graduated from Georgia Military College with an Associate of Science Degree in Psychology and is a licensed REALTOR®. Her duties at Keystone Homes include assisting with the organization of the leadership team to increase productivity and overseeing special projects as well as ensuring they stay on track for completion. When she's not busy in the office, you can find her working out or keeping up with her interest in Photography.

Joey McCord

A graduate from the University of South Carolina, Joey has a Bachelor's in Marketing/Management and over 20 years of experience in providing great customer service experiences. As Keystone's Customer Care Manager, he evaluates and resolves warranty issues per the warranty terms. His favorite part about working with Keystone? It's one big family! When he's not building relationships with our homeowners, you can find Joey spending time with his wife and sons. A self-proclaimed nerd, Joey also loves playing video games.

Kyle Lott

Statesboro Area

Kyle was born and raised in South Georgia. He comes to us with 10 years experience in residential and commercial materials testing. He is certified with the American Concrete Institute and also with masonry and reinforcement. Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Shelby Wunsch

Shelby Riddle is an integral member of Keystone’s team serving as an Accounting Administrative Assistant and handling accounts payable, as well as actively participating in special projects. With a Master in Cosmetology and six years of office administration, Shelby brings a unique skill set to her role. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Shelby cherishes the welcoming work environment at Keystone, which emanates a sense of being part of a close-knit family. Notable, her personal connection to Keystone runs deep as she grew up in a Keystone home, further reinforcing her loyalty to the company and our brand. During her leisure time, Shelby serves as a make-up artist for brides, showcasing her passion for the craft. Shelby also enjoys spending time outdoors, often found fishing and basking in the sun at the lake or river.

Chris Banks

Before joining the Keystone team as a builder, Chris Banks graduated on the Dean’s List from Georgia Southern University and was a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. After graduating, he worked as a property manager for Georgia Real Estate Ventures. His favorite part of working at Keystone Homes is the ability to learn, grow, and have mutual respect with all of the individuals he works with. When he’s not building quality new homes, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling to new places.

Bo DeBruin

Meet Bo DeBruin, an integral member of the Keystone team, with a strong background in accounting and a passion for continuous improvement. Bo holds a BA in Accounting from Augusta University and has amassed seven years of valuable experience working in Jacksonville, FL.

Prior to continuing his education, Bo dedicated 16 years of his career to Club Car, where he took on various roles ranging from Assembler, to Master Assembler, and Quality Inspector. This diverse experience has equipped Bo with a comprehensive training that not only deepens his understanding of the business but also clarifies his role within it.

Outside of work, Bo finds joy in being a proud father to two sons, Will and Ben. When not crunching numbers or spending time with family, Bo would be found enjoying disc golf and Putt-Putt. Bo often enjoys reading too, one of his favorite literary works is ‘The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy' by Douglas Adams, while his taste in movies leans towards sci-fi, fantasy, and superhero genres.

Bo’s guiding philosophy can be summarized by his favorite quote, “Don’t let best get in the way of better.” meaning that if you focus so much on finding the best way of doing something, you will never actually get started on it. “Focus instead on implementing smaller improvements while you work, and you will always get better,” says Bo.

Bo brings a wealth of experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to personal and professional development. With Bo on board, Keystone continues to thrive and deliver excellence in the industry.

Louisa Thomas

Louisa, our purchasing associate, enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Keystone! She is passionate about culinary arts and has a background specifically in baking and pastry from the Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago. On her off time you will find her going on adventures with her son whether it takes them camping, visiting the zoo, or playing in the sand at the beach.
