We are excited to announce the new Buy Now tool on our website for buyers who would like to buy their home completely online.
This tool allows you to not only see a snapshot of your home purchase, with cost breakdown, but will also allow you to easily complete the purchase of your new home remotely and securely. This is ideal for buyers who are relocating or need an easy way to buy a home with little to no in-person contact. This tool allows you to secure your new home faster while also giving you a complete price breakdown, list of included features, closing date and incentives, and more.
HOW IT WORKS
The Snapshot tool makes home buying simple. On our site, you will see a complete overview of your home, from included features to estimated monthly payments. Once you decide to move forward, you will be given the option to sign and complete the agreement in the Snapshot tool or via Docusign, an electronic signing system. Once the Docusign is completed, you can expect to hear back from Keystone Homes within 24-48 business hours. As soon as our team at Keystone has signed and ratified the agreement or counter-offer, we will send it back to you and advise as to the next steps, which include submitting pre-approval letter and construction deposit within seven days. Once our team has all of the documents and deposits, you’ll move forward with the next step in the home-buying process.
