Hey! I’m Robyn, the Design Studio Consultant here at Keystone Homes. I wanted to share with you some of the most popular options that our buyers have selected over the last quarter. For the exterior of the home, many homebuyers opted to add a 12’x16’ covered rear porch, which is a great addition to create an outdoor living space in your new Keystone Home! Flood lights on the rear corners of the home and gutters were also popular selections.
On the inside of the home, the most desired add-on was a modification to the Master bathroom, which included removing the tub to make space for a larger 5’ shower and linen closet instead! Many pair this option with luxurious tile in the shower as well. Other trending options include luxury vinyl tile on their stairs and solid shelving in the master closet.
