Steve Foss is president of our Build On Your Land Division. He has more than 14 years of Keystone experience and has seen about 400 homes built under his leadership. Steve holds several designations from the National Association of Home Builders including Certified Graduate Builder and Residential Construction Superintendent. He is a lifelong resident of the CSRA, has a Residential Contractors license in both Georgia and South Carolina, and is a qualifying party on Keystone's General Contractor license.
