Due to current health concerns, Keystone will not address warranty issues except in case of emergencies. Examples of an emergency are total loss of water, power, heating and air conditioning, and water leaking into the home. Once the current health crisis is over Keystone will work diligently to address all outstanding warranty concerns.

WARRANTY

Your warranty issues are important to us. If you are experiencing an emergency warranty issue, please call the appropriate trade partner at the number listed below. You will receive a response within the same day and our trade partners will make their best effort to repair the issue(s) within 48 hours. 
 
If you have any non-emergency requestions, please click here and you will be directed to the appropriate request page. Please keep in mind that any non-emergency warranty requests can take a few weeks to address.
