We hope you're enjoying your home! While we always strive for perfection, we realize warranties exist for a reason. Because your Quality Builder's Warranty (QBW) provides a Service Online Solutions (SOS) program to buyers like you, you’re now able to submit warranty claims directly to our Trade Partners. Before submitting your claim, please look over the below list of common issues and be sure to review your warranty manual as well. This will help avoid confusion, prevent delays, and ensure you select the right category for your claim. Thank you!
Welcome to Service Online Solution Administration
Please use this online system to submit Repair Items, check on the status of active Repair Lists, assign Subcontractors to Repairs, and to fully manage Developments, Properties, and Subcontractors.
- Enter each issue separately, so each item can be correctly follow through
- Your home address should already be entered and automatically come up as a selection. If your address does not appear, please email us at the above email. You cannot do anything unless your home is already entered
- Follow the prompts. This is a very intuitive system that will lead you through this fast and easily
- You must enter your name, but you can add a contact person for who will be home or handling this for you
- You will first get an auto-reply to confirm the QBW system received it
- You will then get a response from someone from QBW usually within 1 business day
