Lamar Crowell founded Keystone in 1995 with just three other employees and aspirations to become a well-established production home builder in the Central Savannah River Area. Today, Keystone has over 50 employees and is the largest production home builder in the CSRA.
Keystone is a four time winner of the Sales and Marketing Council Builder of the Year award. Keystone also received numerous Claims Free awards from Bonded Builders Warranty, the Fast Track award from Builder Magazine, and several local awards for sales promotions, entrance features and special events.
A recent change has been the addition of an on-site sales team. This team of Neighborhood Managers and Associates is available seven days a week at Keystone’s model home locations. An in-house Design Studio makes personalizing your home a one-stop experience and a great way to add your unique style to the home.
Keystone continually strives to educate and train its employees to provide better products and customer service. Several employees hold designations ranging from Residential Construction Superintendent, Master Builder for the state of South Carolina, and the Certified Graduate Builder designation.
